I took my 18 month old here for her very first dentist appointment. My little girl has a tendency to be a shy, cautious kid, and around strangers there are tears and the burying of her head in my chest. We have had a hair cut and that went horribly with so many tears and screams, so naturally I was very worried about today. BUT from the very first minute of our appointment, my girl felt comfortable. The waiting room had just the right amount of kid friendly paintings, toys, etc. Before the appointment even started she got to pick out a sticker, toothbrush, etc. then she met Dr. Dunagan and immediately connected with her. She loved brushing her teeth with the cookie and cake flavored tooth paste, she got a toy as soon as her teeth checking was over, and then as we walked out she got to pick out a pencil, some chapstick, and a dental sucker. My kid, who I was so afraid would scream the whole time, absolutely loved this experience and didn't want to leave. Thank you Dr. Dunagan and your… team for making a little girl and her mommy so very comfortable!! What a great experience!
