most irresponsible caretaker I have ever had. when for very first time to get a physical exam, and he didn't even show up, I was assisted by staff member, didn't see aby doctor on that day, he's a joke, see revies in google yelp and other sites, about this joker.

Dr. Aurelio Torres, is the most irresponsible caretaker I had ever visited, went for the very first time to do a physical exam, and he didn't even care to be present, I was assisted by one of the workers there, he just doesn't care at all, see all his bad reviews in google, yelp and every other place.

Not a bad doctor but the staff d the worst in the bussines and will put ur life at risk by not answering phones to insurances , pharmacies or calling ur meds in

Whoever picks up the phone is not answering, just press buttons and hangs up, terrible office person, can' t get through

The most unprofessional front staff and quite sacarastic to begin. After calllng to reconfirm an appt, I was told to come in and be fasting for all blood work to be done there. I reiterated to make sure that is the day to be fasting as they only do blood work on certain days. The confirmed again. So on day of appt and about to leave , I receive a call stating that it was a televisit only. I was sacarastically explained and began asking questions about my blood pressure and weight. How am I supposed to take my blood pressure ? I do t have those tools. There after, a nice nurse calls me back to get all the info for another appt. All the info given to this nurse of my stats were made up and copied from last years stats visit. Again no communication ! And for past visits...?’... Doctor ?? What Doctor... as they would always give me a nurse practioner instead. AND wait for 2 hours in lobby. After several times of being seen by a nurse, I then demanded to see the doctor not a nurse.… Finally , I was able to see the famous Doctor, and seemed very annoyed and in a hurry to get me out and done with! This is not where I want to be treated at all.... for that I go to a clinic and have any doc see me.

Unprofessional doctor. He left me waiting for hours after we had a Telehealth visit. When I complained, he dropped me as a client, leaving all my prescription refills and treatment on the air! I couldn't believe that instead of apologizing, he was rude and so unprofessional! His nurses are also very rude and they don't follow the new COVID rules. No masks or mask only covering the mouth but not the nose, always late for appointments, and many times, when you think you have an appointment with him, you find out that there's a nurse who is going to see you because "the doctor had to leave early..." I wish I read all the bad reviews that he has online everywhere. Not recommended!

Excelente profesional, muy preocupado por la salud física y emocional de sus pacientes. El ambiente de la oficina es agradable y con facilidad se logra coordinar citas y tener el seguimiento que necesitas. Recomiendo a este médico y su equipo 100%.
