Speaking as a healthcare professional and someone who works in a clinic, do not trust this clinic with your care. I had high hopes for this provider when I had an emergency around the holidays and she came recommended by a family member. I was told the appointment would be a courtesy, but I later received a bill for a five minute appointment during which the dentist tapped on my tooth, told me I needed a root canal (information my dentist back home had already given me), and attempted to perform an x-ray which was unreadable and she admitted to me she did not know how to perform (reason for insurance denial). I was not provided any protection during the x-ray (x-rays require protective gowning), given no helpful information or a referral for an endodontist, and was charged for what the office told my insurance was a thorough exam. My insurance obviously has refused to pay for the appointment, stating that the office failed to perform its responsibilities to send the required… documentation and bill correctly. When I called in the hopes of remedying the issue, the office staff provided no further information, were unhelpful and unsympathetic, and saw nothing wrong with its documentation. The doctor didn't recall our conversation/appointment (not surprising given how short it was), and I have since had to go back to my insurance to dispute the office's claim. As someone who works in a clinic, I'm aware how billing and insurance works and that people make mistakes. Being dishonest and caring less about patient satisfaction and more about the amount of money received leads to poor outcomes and fewer patients in the long term. Overall, a headache worse than my initial tooth pain.

I had a crown done by her. Even a couple of months after I had it done, I still had bite down pain, discomforts, and sensitivity to cold. She took a look at the issue, adjusted the height a few times, but nothing solved the problem. In fact, the pain got worse as the time passed. She said she would have to send me to an endodontist for a root canal after all. So I decided to see the other dentist for the second option. It turned out all the problem was still due to the height of the crown. After his adjustment, all the problem started going away immediately.

Can't really say how good the doctor is because I never made it in to see her. I am new to the area and work very close to this office so I thought it may be perfect. On my first visit they had me fill out a bunch of paperwork and sign all over the place... then I sat and waited, then waited some more. 30 minutes of complete silence and finally the front desk woman (probably sensing my frustration from my breathing pattern getting agitated - it was literally complete silence in the office - I am the only one there besides the front desk woman) pops her head up and says "it shouldn't be too much longer", well I would hope not, we are 25 minutes past my appointment time and I've been here for 30+ since you called and requested that I be early. I told her I will give it a few more minutes but that I have to be back to work and if the appointment hasn't even started yet I don't want to be gone that long. She said "ok, I will let her know". So I sat back down and waited, I gave it 6 more… minutes in silence, at the 5th minute I told myself if she doesn't acknowledge me in the next 60 seconds I have to leave. The time went, I got up and told her I hope they have a good day and I have to go as indicated earlier. She said, "Oh ok" and I left. I would probably still be sitting there in silence if I had not left. VERY STRANGE! Not a great first impression.
