Dr. Austen Thomas Lefebvre, MD

Dr. Austen Lefebvre is a board-certified neurologist with dual specialty training in neurology and internal medicine. He earned his medical degree from the University of California Irvine College of Medicine and completed his residency through the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. With 14 years of clinical experience, Dr. Lefebvre brings extensive expertise to complex neurological conditions and their medical management.

Dr. Lefebvre practices at multiple Johns Hopkins locations throughout Baltimore, Maryland, and maintains an affiliation with University of California San Diego Medical Center Hillcrest. His clinical focus centers on treating serious neurological emergencies including strokes and hemorrhagic strokes. He also manages patients with respiratory failure and performs therapeutic hypothermia procedures to protect brain function following cardiac arrest or severe neurological injury.
