I had just received a positive Covid test and was needing advice. Austin was very clear about the advantages and disadvantages of taking Paxlovid. He was up-to-date on covid which I much appreciated. We decided not to go that direction and I think that worked out to be the best decision.

The PA who assisted us on Monday was very good. He offered several things we could do to help but agreed that we were too late for Paxlovid to help. He was proficient, spent good time with us and knowledgeable.
