Dr. Austin Ryan Church, DDS

I have dental insurance yet every time we went to an appointment, the front staff demanded payment for x-rays, etc. When asked if it was necessary, I was told my children couldn't see the dentist until I paid for these extra things. The front office staff is rude and there are so many other better dentists out there.

Dr. Church is absolutely awesome. His caring and gentle way with my kids has been truly a blessing.

The dentist did not introduce himself (learned name was Dr Church only after going on their website to view his picture & name). He rushed through the appointment as if we weren't there. Rattled off his sh-peel without turning to see if we even heard him. He was not engaging with us and did not notice that there were no responses or words from me. He didn't connect with me or my two children. (Probably a good thing considering the experience.) The total time spent there for BOTH kiddos was 20 mins. We were on the road driving home when I noticed the time at 3:23 (our appt was at 3.). That is pretty fast/rushed. My 2 yr old son had brought in his dinosaur Trex to have his teeth looked at too. (To help him be more comfortable, we told him Trex would have his teeth checked too.) However Dr Church seemed put upon to stop and look at the dino's teeth before rushing out again. Very disappointed as I thought this was a God centered establishment. We have been going here for 3 yrs… and this is the first I've ever seen Dr Church. We typically see the other dentist, whom we much prefer. Will NOT see this dentist again.
