Dr. Austin Joseph Gaal, DDS

I waited one day to write this comment. The first day I was frustrated and did not want to get emotional and give an annoying, mean comment. First, my appointment was at 12.30. I waited til 12.55. When I got this appointment, I specifically asked how long it takes they told me half an hour. I leave that place at 2 pm. Secondly, after my MR doctor came to my room and told me, my right down teet was causing a problem. It was impossible because that tooth did not have any nerve. I had my dentist fix my teeth, never had a problem for five years. Also, he never checked my teeth; usually, doctors have the equipment to check which teeth are causing pain. He just used Dental Inspection Mirror to see. I was sure my wisdom teeth (my wisdom teeth were long and pressured my gum ) were causing a nuisance. I just told him I wanted to remove my wisdom teeth. He agreed, and I got so emotional. I usually never go to the dentist alone because I am often scared. I was crying and not moving or causing… any problems for him. There was a guy named TIM, he was excellent and patient with me, but my doctor was not. He was not trying to be kind at all, and middle of the anesthesia, he just removed the needle, rudely put it on the table, and got out of the room. After ten minutes, someone came to the room and explained that my doctor did not feel comfortable removing my teeth after my needle (the needle was the scariest part for me). He did not show up at all. I have four teeth removed. I never had a problem with my doctors. They understood my situation and did their best. It was a shameful situation for me, and nobody said sorry or something to me. They did not even try to solve my problem. As a result, if you guys have a problem with anxiety about dentists, he is the worst doctor to go to and wishes to understand you. The worst doctor experience in my life was with MR. Austin J. Gaal. I hope you had as much empathy as your assistant Tim.
