Dr. Austin Edward Garza, MD

This was my third colonoscopy/endoscopy in the past 20 years and was by far the best experience to date. The procedure ran on time; the staff was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough; and the anesthesiologist was pleasant and efficient. Dr. Garza saw my wife and me both before and after the procedure and after the procedure went over a written report with pictures with both of us. This could not have been a better experience. I recommend Dr. Garza and his staff without reservation.

Appreciate how organized and pleasant the entire staff are. Dr. Garza is pleasant and is easy to communicate with. Makes what could be a tough day quite tolerable.

Dr Garza has performed three procedures for/on me. From start (making the appointment) to finish (followup), I could not be more satisfied. The office staff and the professional staff all mimic Dr. Garza who is extremely professional and courteous. From the reception through to the procedure, Upper Endoscopy, I was treated with care and respect. This was my second visit to Dr Garza, the first being a colonoscopy in 2016. He is very good at explaining the procedure prior, and the results after. I highly recommend him to anyone needing to have these type of procedures done.

Was in for a diagnositic colonoscopy and do not believe the process could have gone much better. The pre-procedure instructions were very clear, his staff called prior to the scheduled procedure just to make sure I didn't have any questions, the day-of-procedure check-in process was expedient, but most importantly Dr. Garza and his staff themselves were professional but also made me feel at ease. I felt everyone was looking out for my best interest, I wasn't "rushed through the process", the nurses and nurse-anesthetist took good care of me and explained their roles and the procedure itself, Dr. Garza introduced himself and took a personal interest in me, and after the procedure he answered all of my questions clearly and thoroughly. And everything was done on schedule! This is the way most doctors and practices should be!

Had a colonoscopy with Dr. Garza. He is very personable and explained things well before and after the procedure. No problems at all with him or his assistants. Nice nurses and anesthetist.

From the moment I walked in to the office, every person I encountered was so friendly and helpful. I had nurses Jennifer and Melanie, and Randy was my anesthesiologist. When I was all prepped for my procedure, Dr. Garza came in to introduce himself and asked if I had any questions. After the procedure, Dr. Garza came to go over my results. He was so caring and kind. I will go back to this clinic when it's time for my next colonoscopy!
