He was great! He listened to my concerns and what I've tried in the past, came up with a plan and included me in that plan. He took his time addressing the reason for visit and took additional time with me to discuss treating my acne which was not technically why the appointment was scheduled. He was very kind, great bedside manner. His PA was great as well. I will definitely be telling others about my experience and encouraging them to seek care with Dr. Maddy.
