Dr. Austin Thomas Moster

I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you are searching for a primary care doctor. During my appointment with Dr. Austin Moster, I attempted to explain relevant information from prior physicians and my medical history related to recent lab work. Instead of listening or discussing it, the information was quickly dismissed and the conversation felt rushed and one-sided. When I tried to ask follow-up questions, the discussion was abruptly shut down and I was told he would no longer be able to see me as a patient. The interaction came across as dismissive and unnecessarily abrupt, especially when I was simply trying to understand my test results and provide context from previous providers. For a physician who has only recently finished residency, I expected a much stronger focus on listening to patients and communicating clearly. Instead, the experience felt impatient and unprofessional. Patients deserve a doctor who takes the time to listen and treat them with basic respect.… Based on my experience, I would recommend finding a provider with more experience and better patient communication.
