Dr. Avid G Farahani, MD

Unfortunately, after going through a lengthy personal questionnaire and agreeing on an appointment time, I never received any notification on how to attend my virtual session. After sending a second email, I find out she doesn’t have time to see me. This would have been good to know as I waited a significant amount of time to have an appointment. I am in need of services and I fear it will be another few months to make it in with another provider. This provider only communicates through email and does not have the basic courtesy to communicate with patients.

She exemplifies all of the qualities of an informed, intelligent psychologist - simultaneously acting as a therapist and an insightful, empathetic confidant. I would recommend her to anyone looking to obtain closure in a personal matter or seeking assistance with resolving stressful life issues. If you're looking for the absolute best Pscyhologist in the area, look no further - Dr. Farahani is as good as it gets. Whereas others made me feel rushed and unimportant, she was always patient. What's more, I felt that we made progress each time we met.
