New staff at front desk is absolutely horrible. The new manager has ruined all the goodness the front desk used to have. My family and I miss Shonda! Why are all the good, long term staff members leaving? Apparently higher up management can’t see there is an issue. The nurses in the back with Dr. Vyas are wonderful. Diesha and Michelle do an amazing job! They have always greeted me with a smile and laughter. I was informed at my last visit Diesha was leaving! Here we go….. another long term staff member leaving. Looks to me like a domino affect is happening so I’m sure Michelle will be leaving next! My care by the Dr has gone down tremendously over the past couple of years, which makes me think we need to go ahead and start looking for another physician to see. Thanks for always taking care of our family girls!

Dr. Vyas never examined me, spoke with me very briefly and, despite all medical tests to the contrary, misdiagnosed me.

WHEN IN HOSPITAL , DR VYAS VISITS HIS PATIENTS TWICE DAILY , EVEN ON WEEKENDS , VERY ATTENTIVE TO HIS PATIENTS IN THE HOSPITAL .

showed up for appointment made by wife and told i didn't have one.. told by staff that not not having received reminder "should have been my first clue".Wife rescheduled in Enet. for week later.Called by office 4hr before to cancel because I was not happy with first visit being not scheduled. Rude staff and lie to protect themselves..

Dr. Vyas pays attention to you as a patient. He's not in a hurry and asks questions and listens to the answers. He explains your condition in plain English. I would recommend him to any and all of my friends.
