Seemed super nice and caring in the beginning. She had one and only one agenda: HER OWN Despite giving her info and facts regarding my psychiatric history, she would not budge. She wouldn’t work with me. And she doesn’t return emails or calls

Sensed a serious instability (and princess complex) in this doctor. Lacks follow-up, standardized fees, communication, and sense of urgency or concern. I realize one star is harsh, but trying to head you off from a disaster. The one thing I hired her for was a report, which I had to call the company myself bc she couldn't be bothered. Weeks went by. Called and emailed, Nothing. The report only takes 36 hours. She had no problem taking my money during an intake and then dumping my daughter when she needed help the most bc she decided to bail. Of course she did this after she took a hefty fee on a session that yielded nothing. Complete waste of time and money. Then, she tried to charge me more for the session bc she made a mistake with the amount, with credit card fees without explanation for it (over text a few days later). What?!?, don't you know your own fee structure? It's your office! Not sure why this person is still in the medical business. Her ratings are so poor on… nearly every site I have reviewed. We can (You can) and have done better.

I would not recommend this doctor if you are trying to get clean and stay clean. SHE IS ALL ABOUT THE MONEY. This Doctor uses your addiction against you by only prescribing exactly enough so you have to see her for your next appointment and if you cant make it on her time, you will be charged, not seen nor prescribed your medication which is absolutely appalling. Here's my story, My boyfriend and I were referred to her after our Doctor ended his practice. At that time, we had over 2 years clean. She made many statements that were false over the phone undocumented just to get us in there and to get our money. I can not stress enough how disappointing this is because we believed she truly cared about addicts not just they money. We both paid $400 for the initial visit which was $800 between the two of us. We made it to our appointments on time and she acted like she was one of those doctors who actually wanted to talk to you talk about your problems. (that was the first appointment and… it was about 45 minutes) We then went to our 2nd appointment TWO WEEKS LATER and paid another $150 per person. We saw her for 30 min a piece and she was late for every appointment scheduled. She stated we could come back once a month after the first two visits. THAT WAS NOT TRUE. We went back to her TWO WEEKS LATER and paid another $150 per person and in that time she saw us for about 20 min each. (Each time the appointment getting shorter and shorter but you are still paying for a 10 min visit) Now we are at the 4th visit and she said that she would have to see us in another TWO weeks and pay again! After the initial visit she saw us long enough to take a urine, ask how the last two weeks went and as shes sending your RX over to the pharmacy she asks for your money! At that point, I was done with this doctor. Many things said by this Dr. were lies just to get your money. We both have been clean for over two years and had clean urine's every visit (NO PROBLEMS) but she would not let us come back once a month. During the TWO MONTH PERIOD while seeing her, my boyfriend and I PAID HER $1,700.00. THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS!!! How can an addict afford this? She takes advantage of your mental health and addiction. Obviously, we cancelled all appointments with her. Not to mention the people I saw shooting up in her parking lot. I could go on and on about this lady!!! Just stay away.

I was one of Dr fohrers original patients when she first got started about 5 years ago. For roughly 3 years I was receiving great help from her. After I tried to get ahold of her multiple times with no response, and going through addiction trouble again I had to go to another doctor for quick help. From there things just went South dealing with doctor's that didn't help with recovery like doctor fohrers did. When the time came for me to get serious about getting clean I called doctor fohrer for help and told her she was the only one I felt could help me do it. I have been on suboxon matenince steady for 5 years and never paid more then $150 per visit. She said she wouldn't see me unless I payed her $400 then $150 the next week and every week after for a month. So a $1000 to see her when I was paying $125/ month before that. I wasn't running the streets hitting rock bottom, I just wanted to see a good doctor for help. I begged her for help and she turned me away for money. I get… doctor's need to make a living but taking advantage of someone that needs help and has a history with you is just wrong and immoral and everything against what a recovery doctor should be. It's amazing how money changes a good doctor in only 5 years

I pay this woman hundreds of dollars an hour and she won't return my calls. I am not impressed

She is the best she got me off of I benzo I should have never been put on. she took her time and knowledge and slowly got me off. when others told me to take more. If you really want to get off that poison she is the doctor to see!!!!!

Great Doctor. Intelligent, Kind, Caring. Helped me in a time of need.
