Dr. Avner Robert Griver, MD

I was a patient of Grivner for about 5 years he would give me injections every couple months. Until there was a real problem. When my back went I have discs pushing on nerves, about 5 bulging discs and alot more. I was on my floor screaming in pain,crying I could not breath without pain. Grivner ( he's not a real dr.) Would NOT DO ANYTHING TO HELP ME, Stopped answering the phone, and left me their on the floor screaming in pain, and never did anything about the surgery sthat I need desperately. And it's not the first time he has done it to someone. So if you cherish life DONT GO HERE !!!!

horrible staff... better off getting medical cannabis than dealing with this local micky mouse club.. ... what a disgrace all about the money and insurance.. travel outside the area....

Doctor Griver and his staff are great. He is very thorough when taking your medical history which he actually takes himself not like other offices. Doctor Griver explains what he will do to relieve your pain.The procedures he has done has helped to relieve my pain to almost no pain at all. Never have to wait very long to get an appointment. I give him 5 stars.

I do not like to write a review unless it is a good one however I can not give this doctor a good review. After waiting a long time to be seen by this doctor I was denied treatment only because I did not come to see him first. He said a lot of things that made me feel bad and I do not wish to repeat. The only reason I made an appointment in the first place was because my original doctor told me I needed to get a pain management doctor.

Dr. Griver is an extremely intelligent and compassionate doctor. He has a wonderful demeanor and a calming disposition. He will actually spend the time needed to listen to your problem and think outside-the-box how to help you. He has performed several procedures on me. His office has been quick to schedule them and he has been extremely caring throughout. I can't say enough good things about this office!

My visit to Dr. Griver's was a complete waste of time. For starters, he is very unprofessional. Upon entering the room(wearing scrubs and sneakers) the first thing he did was make a joke about my name. Each time I tried to talk he would interrupt and talk over me. After telling him that the Oxycodone is the only thing that helps me sleep at night he told me there is no chance he would prescribe me anything at all. He then went on to say that Oxycodone is more dangerous for me than spinal surgery. Essentially, this "Doctor" told me that he would not trust me to take a prescription as ordered. Bear in mind I have no history of drug abuse, and I do not smoke or drink. He then proceeded to write all over my medical documents as if they were scrap paper. I wouldn't want this man to come within 10 feet of me with a needle. Do not waste your time like I did at his practice. He's only looking to collect $$$ and co pay.

I’m permanently disabled, have been operated on close to 20 times and have been examined by/consulted with dozens of medical specialists in my adult life. In my experience Dr.Griver was the least professional and caring of any doctor I’ve had ontact with. I could not be more emphatic when I say I would not recommend Dr. Griver to anyone seeking assistance dealing with chronic pain.

Dr Griver is a kind, genuine man, and his staff is great as well

its a joke...don't go there looking for relief...NO PAIN MEDS...NO WAY..JUST THE MONEY MAKING STUPID INJECTIONS WHICH DO ABOSLUTLEY NOTHING BUT GIVE A BIG BILL..$$$,,,DO NOY GO THERE FOR PAIN MEDS...
