The Assistant to the Dentist did a great job in dealing with my tooth sensitivities. The cleaning was somewhat uncomfortable but the staff person asked how I was feeling during the treatment and adjusted her treatment to help me feel more comfortable. It was my first time with Georgetown Smile and it was a good experience.

He is a great dentist, always makes me feel comfortable and informed of what he's doing and potential options if there are any. Does great work and has fixed many problems. Also very friendly. Offices are conveniently located and very nice (but not over the top which I like because those extra costs just end up getting charged back to you). I also have gotten estimates from other dentists for similar major work I've had done and his prices have always been the best (sometimes by a lot!). Can't say enough good things about this place.

I wasn’t going to leave a rating, but they kept asking multiple times for my feedback…………. I got two cavities filled early April and had limited ability to chew on the left side of my mouth. Two weeks later I fractured my rear left molar from “stress biting”. Mind you- this was the tooth they did the most work on, and told me it should have been crowned instead of filled. I went back in to address the fracture and they offered me a crown. During the process, the doctor kept saying “this is very close to the nerve, but I don’t want to do a root canal.” The temporary crown (and the permanent one they molded) is much larger than my actual molar they cut down, rendering my bite guard useless as it won’t fit my bottom teeth anymore. I don’t particularly feel like paying another $400 for a new molded guard after they rendered my old one useless… not to mention the fact they told me to keep wearing it after the temporary crown was installed. Nobody asked me about the physical pain of… chewing on my left side- which I would have told them was very unpleasant and unsustainable. I fear that my follow-up meeting next week to have the permeant crown installed will be met with excessive charges for a root canal and replacement bite guard when these issues should have been dealt with in previous visits. It just seems like excessive cost and multiple visits that could have been simplified through a routine conversation with me about what was going on in my mouth.
