No periodontist could have removed all pain and anxiety from a procedure that I delayed for far too long. But Dr. Shainhouse clearly excels at his craft. He minimizes discomfort while thoroughly explaining options and procedures. His chairside manner is comforting. He is a superior professional. While I rate him a perfect 5-stars, I am disappointed in Lincoln Dental, the Worcester clinic at which I see him (he visits various dental offices across the Massachusetts). That business fails to update tools and equipment. They are a decade behind other dental clinics in technology. Even their X-ray equipment is old school and cannot be offered to a patient or transmitted to other professionals.
