Excellent service, the Dr took his time to explain and answer all the questions in English and Spanish.

Waited 6 weeks for about 5 minutes of his hurried time. I expected more

Dr. Marcus was very nice but I am upset about the office/billing procedures. He tried to perform a scope but I was too congested. I was STILL CHARGED for a "surgery" and my co-pay is $300. FOR NOTHING. Rather than only covering such a potential in the small print of office docs that must be signed, I believe it would be a good practice to inform patients that an additional cost might be accrued and give the patient the option of having it done. I will NOT return to this office.

was 60 minute late, once seen he only took five minutes, last visit- will ask for another specialist.

Was referred to Dr.Marcus after months of an uncured ear infection. He was quick to figure out the diagnosis and get the ball rolling. I needed surgery and he was very courteous and kept us up to date personally throughout multiple delays. Very kind, easy to understand, and many nurses while I recovered also commented to me that he was a favorite because of the courtesy he extended to hospital staff.

Dr. Marcus is AWESOME! Although 4 stars is "excellent", I would give Dr. Marcus 10 stars! His professionalism, courtesy and beside manner (caring) are top notch. He spoke directly to my daughters (age 8 and 7) and not just to me about them. He speaks in plain English (not doctor-ese) and makes you feel comfortable about asking questions. I never feel rushed or hurried -- he always takes time to "listen" to my concerns. I recommend Dr. Marcus to all my family and friends that are in need of an ENT.

Dr. Marcus is always great with my children. They enjoy seeing him. He has a great mannerism that makes you feel comfortable. Thank Goodness for Him!!!! The staff at ENTAA Care need to be a little more friendly at times, but with Dr. Marcus I have never had an issue. All three of my children have seen him for different things and they all are doing very well. THANKS DR. MARCUS FOR CARING AND DOING A JOB WELL DONE!

I have recently had a perforated ear drum repaired by Dr. Marcus and found him to be very knowledgeable and empathetic. He listened to everything that I said, maintained good eye contact and made me feel that I really mattered. He may be fast moving, but he doesn't miss anything of importance and slows down when he needs to focus on the problem at hand.

The biggest problem is that he only spends a few seconds with you. Appointments get canceled and his staff doesn't reschedule or follow up to make sure that you are taken care of. My problem was not resolved.
