I'd like to give 0 stars! Rude late acts inconveniancef He was an hour late. He wouldn't allow me to speak and when I tried he was rude basically cut me off. My concerns were cut off rudely. Had absoulutely not one bone in his body of concern respect and acted terribly inconvenianced then told me he had another patient to see when he was an hour late seeing me! I felt stupid. He's rude no bedside manner and no concern for my health. Rudely cut me off. He has no compassion whatsoever. Stay away. Wasted my time completely and I felt foolish even being there. He basically told me I had no reason to be there. Doesn't look at your imaging and completely disregards your health. Humiliated. I left crying and shaking

My experience with Dr. Bassin and the rest of the staff with A Plus Pulmonary Center was excellent. As a fellow health care worker, I was pleased with the way they quickly found me appointments, were thorough with their evaluations and tests, how they communicated their findings/recommendations and their overall professionalism. Would recommend them to others without hesitation.

My father was diagnosed with lung cancer, we were referred to a different pulmonologist, however I specifically chose Bassin after reviews I had read. We never got to meet until my father was hospitalized for plueral effusions. I'm certain he didn't even get the information from his clerks as he was only covering for the hospitals pulmonologist for the weekend. I'm glad we had this interaction prior to primary care because he was absolutely horrible. Angry, defensive and just terrible beside manner. He seemed to be inconvenienced, so caution to those that believe he'll be a kind ear to those with cancer. What a sad man.

he will not listen, and will begin to yell if he doesn't like your answer, and staff was talking loudly to another patient on the phone when they hung up they were talking how stupid the patient was... no thanks

I was referred to Dr Bassin by my primary doctor in Goodyear. I feel very satisfied with the recommendation. And further satisfied to his approach in addressing my lung issue. Dr Bassin's bedside manner was very typical in my experience. More business-like initially, but more inter-personally friendly over time. His staff were friendly , professional and efficient relative to my patient experience. I would recommend this doctor without hesitation.

Don't count on them to take care of you. The paperwork, the scheduling, communication, emergencies- ridiculously bad
