Went to saint cloud orlando health for kidney stone based in md save program. Facility didnt know what they offered-quoted me 23k to remove stone(6mm)-confused after charging more than quoted for office visit. Dr Anderson gave me bogus advise(dont drink water) and couldnt help me for 2 wks. His advise was if I get into pain go to ormc emergengy rm. Have to say worst visit ever regarding doctor and facility. Drove from east coast--waist of money and time.

I have gone to Dr Anderson for two different issues over the years. He’s seems to be the only urologist in Saint Cloud, Florida. I found him to be snobbish and smug. He was a jerk and his staff made inappropriate comments and jokes to And in front of patients. Finally, he only works at the Saint Cloud Hospital and I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to that death trap! I know way too many people who went in there with treatable issues and a week of Mistaken diagnoses, were at death’s door. Myself included.

1) it's rare if they actually answer the phone, if you reach a staff member you could be on hold for 15 minutes, one time they put me on hold so long , forgot about me, and then I was transferred to the after hours staff and the office closed! 2) they send their calls to an answering service long before closing time 3) they do not return calls in a timely manner, can be days to a week, OR never and the patient has to keep calling! I recently asked the front for a favor and was assured of a call back, no surprise~ never got one!! 4) they will not go the extra mile for you, you are basically on your own 5) the waiting time is ridiculous, they overbook so they set themselves up to fail 6) they are tied into St Cloud Hospital so they are owned by them, be prepared to overpay! 7) when they make a mistake or error they pass the buck and blame others besides own it and make it right 8) I could be wrong but the office may think a bit entitled because they are the only Urologist in the area… associated with the hospital so they have a monopoly and therefore plays by their own personal set of rules, and not governed by patient need or compassion. Sorry for the bad review, but this office has disappointed me so many times that it had to be written. Maybe if they read this someday they will be open for change, train their staff better, 'hear ' the patients, and make it better!! OR read this, chalk it up to a 'disgruntled ' patient, blame me and its business as usual...Have a great day! :)

Very rude and poor bedside manors. Had a I don't care attitude. Would not recommend him!! Also very rude office staff and waited hour before appt.

I had the procedure done early this year at St Cloud Hospital in St. Cloud. I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE under the age of 65. I lost all my libido after the second week of recovery. I would suggest sticking with the Flo Max, rather than ending up taking Viagra or Cialis. Way more expensive.

Made up a diagnosis that would involve a lot of tests that were not necessary based on my problems. After 3 tests, they never called back! My new Dr stated that he was just trying to make money, the tests were not neede.
