Very informative and helpful

Did not feel as though she cared. Took 35 minutes to come into room and seemed to be in a rush to discuss injury so she could move on to next patient.

Dr. Slater was great!! She was very professional & comforting. I was extremely nervous about my visit & she put me @ ease.

I received an injection between my shoulders in my spine. I was a little scared but didn’t need to be. Dr Slater is amazing. I felt very little pain at the beginning. She is very friendly and very professional. She explained everything.

Intake was fast and efficient. Procedure was FAST, with very minimal guidance on what was going to happen. However, intake staff provided a forum for questions and concerns, and patient asserted that he had received the procedure before and was familiar with the process. Results are forthcoming but there already seems to be improvement. Pain levels were an eight and now they are a three. Gratitude

I was actually taken aback at first because Dr. Slater is brisk and all business. But she had a solid plan for addressing my problem within minutes. I highly recommend her!
