Not a very caring Dr the office is not managed well! I’ve had much better care I chose to see someone else!

After having a horrible experience with a local pain specialist, a couple of my friends highly recommended, Dr. Basali. They raved about him and said that they were living pain free. Pain free? Is that even possible? Because of my experience with my first pain specialist, I was reluctant. But, I was in excrutiating pain and needed to get back to work. So, I decided to make an appointment with, Dr. Basali. Over the phone, his office staff were incredibly nice and helped arrange my appointment. Upon arriving on my first appointment, right away I noticed an incredible difference between the two offices. Even though Dr. Basali's office had a large volume of patients, the office personnel provided individualized care and attention that made me feel as though I was their only patient. Once inside the examination room, as I was talking with Dr. Basali's assistant she noticed that was experiencing neck pain as well. Wow! I was truly impressed that she even noticed! No one else had up to… this point. That showed me right there and then, that they DO pay attention. I had only talked about my lower back pain. My goal was to first, take care of my lower back pain and then move onto my neck pain. When I met Dr. Basali, my first impression was correct, he is a true master in his profession. Dr. Basali took the time to talk with me, asked about my concerns and my pain. He also went over my X-rays and MRI results with me (it was going to take a month to do with my prior pain specialist). Dr. Basali examined my range of motion, and thoroughly explained his treatment plan. After my first treatment to my lower back, the pain was gone. I was able to walk again and return to work. Dr. Basali and his amazing team followed with their prompt attention, have helped me to enjoy life again pain free!

I have been a patient of Dr Basali for 3 years. I have found him to be very kind and compassionate. While I have always had to wait at least 45 minutes or more, once he comes in I don’t feel rushed at all. It took several injections to get relief for my lower back pain but Dr Basali made adjustments and found the right combination and location to give me the relief I had been looking for.

Dr. Basali has been treating me for almost 15 years. He truly cares for my well being. He goes out of his way to provide the best health care. He really listens to me, and talks to me about options and makes sure I understand everything. It’s not just that, he asks about my family, knows their names, and makes it feel personal as well as professional. His procedures always help with my pain.

Dr. Basali has made me feel like a human being after almost 40yrs. of chronic back and leg pain. For many years I was forced to take, almost useless pills for the pain. I no longer take anything for pain. I could go on for pages but will say only, if you have chronic pain, make an appointment with Dr. Basali. He is kind and understanding and will do what he can to alleviate your pain. I bless the day I met Dr. Basali. Also, his staff is the best and kindest I have ever met.

I think Dr. Basali is a great doctor. I trust him and feel that he is very professional. Sometimes he is in a hurry to see other patients. I appreciate Dr. Basali and his staff so much. I have never had a bad experience with anyone in his office. I can't imagine going to anyone else. I trust Dr. Basali and his staff completely.
