Dr. Ayman A Daouk, MD

Dr. Daouk has been my orthopaedic doctor for several years. During that time he has helped me with various issues such as the wrist, elbow and shoulder as well as performing surgeries to repair a torn meniscus on each of my knees. To say that I trust my health to Dr. Daouk would be an understatement. He is more than my preferred orthopaedic provider, he is someone that knows me and always has my best interests in mind. He also has a wonderful office staff that never miss a beat regarding appointments, prescriptions, surgery schedules, paperwork and follow-ups. They are extremely pleasant and highly professional and give every patient their full attention. They make what could be a stressful time, so much less so. If you are considering seeing Dr. Daouk, know that you could not be in better hands.

From the minute you walk in the door, the atmosphere is relaxed and professional. All staff are welcoming, informed and take plenty of time to hear your concerns. Dr. Daouk, is kind, makes sure all of your questions are answered and spends ample time with you explaining what treatment may be required. Should surgery be necessary, again all concerns are met prior, day of and post surgery.

Dr Daouk has been my orthopedic surgeon for well over 5 years since he was in the Oviedo area. When he moved to Dr Phillips, I continued to be loyal and make the hike to be seen by him although I live 45 minutes away to be treated for Carpal Tunnel as well as A knee Injury. He listens to your concerns, has great bed side manners, there is very seldom a wait in the office, and he truly cares for his patients. His new staff are awesome and Tanner is so friendly.. he’s an added plus. A little music in the office would be great to cut through the quietness - but overall I would recommend him to anyone looking for a caring orthopedic doctor/surgeon.

Around 2009 I had an ACL reconstructive survey performed by Dr. Daouk. Afterwards I had numbness on the right side of my lower leg. Once I healed from the surgery, I still felt and to this day am numb in my lower leg. Myself and my parents brought this up and questioned why this was. A few weeks later we got a letter in the mail saying we were being dropped as a patient. Has never sat right with me.

It has been 3 weeks since I was discharged from the hospital. I have tried, over and over and over again to get a followup appointment. The phone is on hold for an eternity, then disconnects. Once I actually spoke to a person who said I must wait for THEM to contact me. 3 weeks isn't log enough? Melodee Hanks

8 years not being a abled body man on a surgery you should have stayed with until I could walk again, you denied me a chance to keep working. Financially you have ruined me. I sure hope you haven't swept any other patients under the rug. It would be easier to pass a Camel through the eye of a needle, than it will be for a RICH man (with no heart) to make it to Heaven. Enjoy your luxury life. You get no stars

Almost 8 years of being deprived a second chance to be an abled bodied man. You'll never understand what you have done to my life. You said 100% excellent recovery . You sided with a insurance company over a mans physical condition. I was a very athletic man. What happened to Doctors hypocritical oath ?

Having suffered from crippling osteoarthritis for years, I had been told by every surgeon I had seen that my hip was far to gone for surgery. That's when I was directed to Dr. Daouk who, without hesitation, told me that he could do it. Now, over two years later, I can walk, run, jump, exercise or anything else I feel like doing. Can't say enough about the skill of this remarkable surgeon.

Dear Dr Daouk, I am writing this shamefully for letting so much time go by before a real "THANK YOU". Yes back in Jan 25, 2006 almost 13 years ago you replaced both of my knees at the same time. You changed my life at that time. Walking became extremely painful and at times almost impossible. Due to your fantastic surgery, I went on to have a full and UN PAINFUL life. I am doing great and because of YOU, I still enjoy the results of your surgery. So forgive me for waiting so long in doing this, but to you, a sincere BIG THANK YOU is in order. Stephen Meade
