NEVER can reach anyone in the office, had to call the insurance company to get a referral after waiting 3 weeks for my MOM seizure or miss the appointment. He runs the pharmacy too, so if you need refills,tough luck until you get to see the doctor

ALWAYS LATE! Claims he is at hospital, has four offices, only in each office one day a week - if that. Won't give 90 day prescriptions, and no refills. Constantly waiting to get prescriptions refilled. Says he knows better than pharmacist about medications. I like second set of eyes looking at what I take for interactions. Enough!

i FIRED THIS SO CALLED DOCTOR YESTERDAY. I've been suffering with a degenerative spinal injury since 1983. I had been telling doc things have been progressively worsening this past 6 months. he did nothing. when the RN checked my BP it was 160 over 111. this after taking my medication 2 hours before. Dr Osman came in and heard my complaints and dismissed me. enough is enough. I FIRED HIM ON THE SPOT. I am searching for another doctor today. hopefully I get one before i stroke out. STAY AWAY FROM HIM!

He is always late and extremely rude. He sends discharge letters to patients who get upset about waiting for him too long for their scheduled appointments. He is more interested in making money than taking care of his patients. Hardly ever smiles and has no empathy. He is a disgrace to medical profession and adds to the bad reputation of Florida being one of the worst states in medical care. My advice to new patients: "Stay Away", there are much better doctors around when it comes to Primary Care.

always in a rush. Too much on his plate to handle? P.A. is always eating something and sucking her teeth when she comes in to examine you. The doctor is brash and very rude.

i first saw Dr. Osman when I was hospitalized and he was assigned as my PCM as my PCM is about 1 1/2 hrs from here. His hospital visits were very brief but he is friendly.On my visit to his office I saw a PA not him.
