Dr. Tarabishy is the Medical Director of Enhance Center for Interventional Spine & Sports Medicine. He is dually board certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation and interventional pain management. He is extensively trained and experienced in neurological diseases, headaches, brain and spinal cord injuries, spasticity management, electrodiagnostic medicine, sports medicine, regenerative medicine and musculoskeletal ultrasound.

His training and proficiency embrace non-surgical orthopedics, physical medicine and rehabilitation, radiology, neurology, Interventional Pain, Addiction, Regenerative medicine, Sports medicine and occupational medicine.

He is also experienced with the management of intractable pain conditions, like Complex Regional Pain Syndrome, post laminectomy, failed back surgery, cancer pain, IV infusions, sympathetic plexus ablations, spinal cord stimulators, and pain pumps.

Dr. Tarabishy is the only doctor I have seen who makes sure that all of my issues are taken into account and addressed. He and his staff work very hard to ensure that anytime that I have a question or concern, they get back to me immediately--usually, within a couple of hours. I cannot thank them enough.

I have been beyond grateful to be a patient of Dr. Tarabishy since I found him. Unlike most doctors, he takes the time to make sure that he fully understands and is addressing all of my complaints. Further, he also follows up with me following my appointments and ensures that he is always available if an issue arises. I highly recommend him and his staff at both locations.

I was in pain laying on the couch and unable to work. Dr. Taribishy added additional medication into my pain pump and I was able to function and work again.

this doctor is an angel and a genious. he found the root of the problem that many before him missed. and pushed for my insurance to get me the help I need. I have never had this quality of life since my 20s

I appreciate the front desdk staff support of Larissa and Morissa. Simone and Hass are very knowledgable and help me get comfortable during outpatient surgeries and local requred shots as needed. Special thnks to Doctor Tarabishy for getting my pain under control>

I haven't met this doctor yet, but the facility was very good. The staff was very courteous and helpful.

I have been suffering from excruciating pelvic pain for three years. Upon my first visit with Dr. Tarabishy and his staff, he was able to reduce my pain by 90%. Dr. Tarabishy and his entire staff are incredibly compassionate and educated with chronic pain.

I was very happy with how quick he came up with the diagnosis. The office is very friendly and always happy to help. Often the prescriptions were not submitted when I was told they would be but other than that my whole experience was a very good experience.
