She is Rude and dismissive!

I wish I had read all the bad reviews I found about this doctor before wasting my time and money… I followed the ones from Kelsey-Seybold, which supposedly say she's the best in the world LOL, and I ended up with a huge disappointment… I found her very dismissive, sarcastic, rude, disrespectful, arrogant, and more. For the first time in my life, I experienced what xenophobia feels like, and the saddest part is that it came from another foreigner. At no point did she care about how I felt; she only focused on and got upset that I was seeking a 2nd opinion and that, according to her, my current doctors are good, which isn’t false, I just haven't seen results after more than a year, and I don't want to take medication for my whole life. Instead of seeing it as an opportunity to offer me a better quality of life if she had that option, she saw it as a bad gesture on my part. And the truth is that it's my health, my body, and my right, but it's clear that it wasn't that way. He addressed me… as if I were a 2-year-old child, as if I didn't master the English language, which is not true. Maybe I'm not 100% perfect, but I know it well enough to understand and make myself understood. She told me that maybe I hadn't understood my doctors when they told me about my condition and medications, which is 100% false. When I expressed my opinion about her behavior, she called her assistant to come urgently because I wasn't 'happy.' That employee was a total jerk; I had to ask for permission and time to express my displeasure because they didn't want to listen to me and practically kicked me out of the office. At no point did I raise my voice, nor did I use bad language that would warrant such treatment; the doctor told him that, according to me, I had said that my doctors were not good doctors, and of course I told him she was lying, that I never said that. I only expressed that I wasn't seeing any improvement in my case and wanted a 2nd opinion; if that were the case, I would not have had the epidural injection scheduled with one of them for early 2026. She followed us to the front desk and tried to keep arguing with me, and I politely said: Please, I am done with you, I don’t want you to speak to me anymore, and she insisted on talking to me, offering me a pamphlet as if to cover up her bad behavior, and again I repeated: please, I don’t want to talk to you anymore, I already told you I’m done with you, have a good day. She said other things to me, I ignored her, and finally she left talking to herself. The worst medical experience of my entire life.

Absolutely the WORST experience I have EVER had with a supposed "medical professional". Dr. Dural was EXTREMELY condescending and rude to me throughout my appointment. She refused to listen to me when she asked questions, and interrupted me multiple times as I tried to answer her. When I asked her for clarification on why she was prescribing me a medication, she told me that she was "already explaining it to me at a 2nd grade level, and didn't know how else to answer my question". If I could give her one star, I would. I will NEVER return to her practice, and hope this review helps to save others from a similar horrible experience.

Dr. Dural does not listen, was very condescending, and was zero help. I had rearranged my schedule to see her hoping she would help, what a waste. Go see someone who will actually care about you!

This doctor was incompetent.

DR. DURAL HAS A PLEASING VOICE, A GRACIOUS, CHARMNING AND EXCEPTIONALLY INFORMATIVE MANNER. SHE HAS A MODEL OF THE HUMAN SPINE ON HER DESK AND SHE SHOWS THE PATIENT THE SPINE AND WHERE THE AIN ANDPROBLEM IS LOCATED AND HOW IT CAN BE TREATED. SHE IS AN OUTSTANDING FIVE STAR PHYSICIAN.
