Very bad with refills and scheduling. Charges $400 per session but doesn’t attempt to schedule in advance . I often felt judged, as her demeanor is quite cold. Don’t come here if you have anxiety.

Ayse Nazlim Hagmann changed her billing policy several times throughout the duration of our time together. Not only that, but she did so without prior notification and then demanded payment anyway, sent bullying emails and had a mean and aggressive tone. This ensued with neglect to refill prescriptions leaving me ill on several occasions. Ultimately, her behavior made it too difficult to continue seeing her regularly. In concurrence with the former review, she definitely puts billing before healthcare, and I too am in a position to pay the bill. Dr Hagmann was not forthright and then become aggressive. I would have truly liked to continue going back to her, as I thought she was a great therapist. Unfortunately, her anger and unprofessionalism got the best of her.

This woman puts billing first and healthcare second. Her correspondence is despicable and bullying with patients who see her for stress related issues. In case you think this is a patient who did not want to pay their bill I assure you this is not the case. The bill was never argued for a second. Since she never mentioned her rates and didn't send a bill until after 5 visits, a payment plan was offered to pay it in full 4 payments. Nothing I believe is unreasonable. The real issue is that her response was filled with anger and unprofessionalism, and if anyone cares to have the email forwarded I can provide.
