Dr. Aysel Atli, MD

It's been a little over a year since leaving her practice and I received an email stating her practice closed. Based on my experience with her, I'm honestly surprised her practice stayed open as long as it did. Dismissive, arrogant, uninformed, just awful. We need more pain specialists but Doctors like her do more harm than good.

I have had spine pain for at least a year and a half, I went to an orthopedic surgeon, he recommended surgery. I got a second opinion from a neuro surgeon, and he said I did not need surgery, but did not offer any other treatment. A good friend recommended Dr. Atli, and she gave me two shots in the base of my spine. And I am healed.

Dr. Atli has been fantastic and I have had injections by 3 other pain facilities. She is by far the best!

Felt she didn't consult radiology images, as she injected into the wrong area therefore producing no relief.

Wanted me to see a psychiatrist for pain. Had a condescending approach to my pain and concerns. She don't stay at one clinic or location very long. Wonder why??

She refused to treat me for pain (I suffer from arachnoiditis) and doubled the dose of my neurontin even though I told her it was making me sick. I wouldnt recommend her to anyone.
