There is a reason why when you look her up online she has nearly 1.0/5.0 stars. She is not someone who belongs in the medical field because she does not care for patients period. The only reason why shes even practicing is because she works at all the places that take low end doctors who couldn’t make it. She never calls back her patients who need prompt medical attention and she tells them to go somewhere else when they complain about her excessive wait times. Gladly Ayuna!!

Said that being a doctor was a dictatorship. Threatened me, and yelled at me in front of family friends and staff for an error on her part. Most terrifying experience I've ever had in hospital and does not care about patients well being.

Actually I am embarrassed to have Dr Panassion as my PCP . Today she definitely proved to me that she absolutely has no patient care whatsoever! One would expect if the Dr is standing behind the glass door and forwarding messages to her staff to give to me she could convey them to me!.....even though I had called the staff earlier and they asked me to come in roughly at 2.00 as she will be back from her nursing home visits....however, I was told that she leaves early on Friday as she doesn't see patients....As her patient of nearly 2 years and having a diagnosis last year of breast cancer I thought she would have enough compassion and ethics to take 2 minutes to address my concerns instead of hiding behind the glass door! Very disappointed in her attitude.....I come from a family of drs and this is such an outcry....A Dr takes an oath and wow of ethics....what happened here? Very disappointed ...

I have trouble getting referrals and refills Ina timely manner. Staff is often curt & rude when I call. Doc P. is awesome! ..her staff is rude.

Waiting on answer for my results for 2 month,could not find my file,careless...

She is my favorite doctor , very friendly and informative ! My sister and I are her patients and we couldn't be happier than this . Highly recommended .

This doctor is unethical!She MADE UP information for my physical exam required by school. Instead of performing the vision test, she asked if I wore glasses or contacts, and wrote 20/20 when I said that I didn't need prescription eyewear. Neither she, nor the nurse ever took a temperature, but sure enough, she wrote 98.6 in the spot. A few weeks later, I contacted her office because she didn't fill in the hearing exam portion of the physical. Her staff had me drive to her other office in Sunland (not a HUGE deal, because I NEEDED to get the paper turned in that day, and was willing to drive around the greater LA area to get it in on time) where a nurse ran the paper back to her, then came back and asked if I actually needed a hearing test, or if she could just write "normal"? TERRIBLE, LAZY doctor! I only stuck with her because she was listed as my primary through my HMO, and I was required to have a physical assessment, exam, multiple TB tests, and vaccinations so I could proceed… to the next level in nursing school, and all of this had to be done in less than one month. She was a nice person, but as someone who hopes to work in the healthcare industry, I have higher expectations of the standards of professionalism and ethics than she was able to provide.
