Dr. Azariah Eshkenazi, MD

Dr. filled and evaluation for me and wrote statements that I never said.

Neither an e-mail address nor Fax # were provided over the months I saw him. Documents had to be mailed or provided in person. Dr. Eshkenazi's motivations appear to be too financial. He a) argued that I owed a higher copay than my insurance company actually allowed (I had to provide written proof before he would accept the correct copay), b) wanted to see me more than once per month even when he noted that I was doing well, and c) dropped a friend of mine from his practice when the friend lost insurance and was no longer to pay for an appointment in a lump sum. Dr. Eshkenazi was not willing to set up an installment payment system.

I met with this doctor twice. He is an awesome doctor. Very thorough, and even though he uses very direct and in your face tactics, I give this doctor a ten out of ten. I was a little bit nervous seeing this doctor, however everything turned out great, and he gave the proper diagnosis. Thanks, doc!
