I had the unforture circumstance of having a Colitis attack. - Dr Chak was assigned to my case at Good Sam Hospital. He was very considerate, consciencious and through. Overall, I felt like I was in good hands - my condition was been address and all avenues were explore for other possible implications.

I was referred to Dr. Chak by my primary care physician. He was brought in when my skin infection was not responding to common antibiotic treatment. I found him to be thoroughly professional. He spent a great amount of time explaining not only what his course of treatment would be, but also why. His explanations were never condescendingly basic nor were they too complicated for a lay person to understand. He was, as they say, pitch perfect. You may never need his services, but if you do, you will be well served by this excellent practitioner.

Awful staff...nasty women answering the phones. I have no respect for any "dr" who hires the kind of women that are working there. It is a representation of the dr himself.
