I get to tell a Nurse Practitioner what my problems are and return to have her tell me my results. Get to see the doctor for 2-MINUTES! He really doesn't say to much because the NP has typed notes in the computer. Doctor sits down and looks at notes and says a few things to computer and Nurse. I barely get a hello! I went to see the doctor,(not a Nurse Practitioner), but he just zips in and zips out! Compassion? Forget about it. The earlier ratings seem right, but not recently. He obviously does not have the time to listen to the patient. No communication. Very bad rapport lately.

The amount of time you wait in a small overcrowded waiting room is outragous. All appointments are all together at the same time. Over an hour wait, come for results, again same people are there the same time over hour to wait to see doctor for 2 min. MONEY matters you don't

Good experience , very nice staff and the doctor was very informative and compassionate , the only thing I did not like it's the day before prep but this is a must !

Dr. Azzam Muftah has been my doctor for colonoscopies since early in 2000 as there's a family history. He's thoughtful, kind and listens to his patients. The staff at the surgical center is amazing! I'll be seeing him and his staff again soon.

I have been through so much in two years and Doctor Muftah and his staff have been amazing. They are willing to go the extra mile. They get me in very fast for appointments and always have fast follow up after a hospitalization! They are a million in my book.
