I will chime in & say his wife Dr. Modupe has you come back multiple times to discuss blood results even when they are perfect. You can't do that over the phone? Also all she does is write referral after referral. There is no real doctoring going on here. Can't even get my prescriptions right - has taken weeks of calling even after an office visit to have them relayed to the pharmacy. Much better health oversight available elsewhere.

Dr. Obadina has been my primary care physician since 1991 and I have NO desire to seek another doctor even though I moved out of Maryland years ago. I don't care how far I have to travel and he will continue to be my Primary doctor. Yes, the wait time is sometimes long, but Dr. Obadina is worth the wait because he knows his expertise in medicine. He knows my health issues and what is best for me to solve them. He is patient, and takes his time with each and every patient and thank God he is a Christian too!

I am extremely discussed with the wait times at this office. They over book constantly and the wait is usually 1.5 to 2.5 hours. The support staff is constantly changing. The doctor states that when people need medical attention he is there to provide it. However, if you are running late they want you to come at another time. At least give me the Patient a call indicating that you are running behind and give me the opportunity to reschedule. I completed blood work and went back for a follow up and waited 2 hours with at 1 patient ahead of me, so I decided to leave. I went back 2 months later and doctor never discussed with me the results of the blood work but had the staff to give me an order for more blood stating what the problems were with previous blood work. That should have been discussed with me when I was in the office with him. Furthermore, I had seen his wife (hematologist) in the same office just a month and a half prior and there was no mention of any problems… with blood work though it could be seen on their electronic system. They have a patient portal that has never been kept up to date until recently. When I complained about the long wait times it was suggested that I come on a Saturday. These doctors also have you coming back too frequently. I’m not sure they understand each visit you must make a co- pay. I am beginning to wonder if they are money hungry. The doctor always says don't hesitate to come in if there is a problem but that suggestion wasn't reciprocated when there was an issue with my test results. It has also become clear to me these doctors don't value or respect your time but want you to value their time. I have heard a number patients complain about the wait to the staff and state that if it continues they will not be returning. Well I too have decided that it is time to move on to another doctor who is hopefully more respectful of my time and my co- pays.

I'm a longtime patient of Dr. OB. However, his Office Management has drastically declined. It's expected when arriving timely for my appointments, I'm waiting between 1.5 to 2 hours. I've even had to cancel while there because the wait was so long. He is a Good doctor as far as listening to you and giving you a care plan but I cringe when visiting the office. Making appointments over the phone is horrible! The current staff members are very unprofessional. I've been placed on hold almost close to 10minutes and then be hung up on. I've called back and the young lady will answer and place me on hold before I can even say hello, I'm..... Then when she comes back after another 6 minute hold, she's cutting me off even as I'm giving her my name. When I ask for an appointment on a certain week, she's cutting me off. Very rude/unprofessional. She skips over my question to ask what she wants............I answer her question and then I ask if she can answer mine in return. It goes downhill from… there. I would NOT recommend him or his wife to ANYONE because of the long wait times and rudeness of his staff. I'm currently seeking a different doctor that understands the importance of Time Management and Having a Professional Staff. I'm just So Dissapointed. Also, I will be forwarding a copy of my concerns to the doctor as well as submit a picture of my phone's display screen that shows my phone wait time.

I may have to wait in his office a bit longer, but it is worth it. He is thorough! I am never rushed out, he explains and clarifies all questions and terms. He provides the information so I can make clear decisions about my health care.
