He might be a good doctor but you have to get through the nurses and nurse practitioner first. The nurses who I spoke to in regard to my elderly mother's condition were not familiar with her chart, relied on me to tell them what she was taking and why, gave me misinformation about the drugs (a nurse told me her metaprolol was not a blood pressure med, for example), and are in general impatient. In the end they have to consult the nurse practitioner, but when they call back, can't answer questions about the new advice they are relaying. The nurse practioner might be better, but when I asked if I could speak to her directly I was told that "sometimes she might call back". And I'm still waiting to find out if she will! Dr Haddadian: treat your patients! Do you even know who they are or what is going on with them?
