Zero stars is more like it. Canyon Country office: I have gone only a few times but each time the office is full of patients and I feel like I’m at a cattle call. Not much time is given to each patient. After it’s decided you need a referral to somewhere it takes Marianna forever to put it in. Most places take about 5-7 days, but she takes a month or more. Plus after waiting for weeks for the referral I find out that Marianna never put in the required reasons why I needed my referral approved. She didn’t include any supporting paperwork like the MRI’s I had done along with the paperwork showing my health issue or the physical therapist’s letter which supported my need as well. All they put for reasoning was “pain in foot.” This has not only happened to me but other patients I spoke to who have gone there. People need referrals because they have something painful going on and need timely assistance to get help for their problems. She also likes to give her 2 bit opinion on whether you… will be approved for the referral which is NOT her job. No one asks for her opinion. Either she is just plain stupid and doesn’t know what she is doing or down right mean and shouldn’t be in the health care field. Plus I’ve heard a number of the office staff complain about and say disparaging things about Dr. Kosari on the phone in the front office right in front of patients in the waiting room. I think the doctor is okay, he seems nice, but his staff is terrible! I changed to another podiatrist after waisting my time for over 3 months with this bunch.

I am very pleased with the attention I received at the Clínica and specially frontis Dr Kosari. After the tests that I am going to take I will set up a new appointment Best regards Amalia Flores
