He listened to what I was saying; I didn't feel rushed. He discussed medications options - pros and cons. I came away feeling well cared for.

I have always been a very healthy person, eating healthy foods and exercising. I was 70 years old. My wonderful wife forced me to go to emergency. You don't think this could happen to you when you have a pain going down your arm. I had just played golf and thought it was from that. I was seen immediately at Hoag in Irvine. Dr. P. came from a tennis court to examine me. This was actually an incredibly lucky day for me! He has that rare combination of excellent skills, along with compassion for his patient and their family. He also saved a close friend who was told by a different doctor that "nothing was wrong". He is exceptional and we truly appreciate him.........

EMERGENCY

Dr. Pezeshki is a very talented and caring Cardiologist. He is aware of all of the most recent intervention techniques and post-op care regimens. He is very personable and business like. I would recommend him highly for preventative care and will always list him as my Cardiologist for emergency care.

As someone who has worked in acute hospital settings, I have dealt with my share of doctors and specialists and have witnessed the overall lack of bedside manner as well as personality that they have. As a patient who has had several medical concerns over the past few years, I have also personally dealt with my share of doctors and specialists. Dr. Pezeshki is one of the most excellent I have encountered, from his sense of humor to his thorough examinations. On two separate occasions, he has even called my personal cell phone to check in on several different insurance issues/questions I had. He covers all his bases, is highly knowledgeable but he admits when he doesn't know the answer to an issue, and he is candid and seemingly honest. I would recommend him to anyone who is in need of a cardiologist. Also, his office staff has clearly been carefully selected and are just the warmest ladies. They make me feel welcomed and happy to come in every time. Bravo. One of Hoag's finest for… sure.

Dr. Pezeshki is fantastic. My first criterion is competence: he's outstanding - he was able to diagnose my problem when others had failed. Their failure was life-threatening so I'm very grateful to him.

The best cardiologist anyone ever ask for!! His knowledge and expertise are top notch. Dr Pezeshki saved my dad's life. Highly recommended!!

No one ever thinks they'll need a cardiologist but if so, Dr. P is the kindest, best you could get. We've been through a lot with our mom this past year and he's been there the entire journey. I've needed to wake him in the early am and he calls me immediately, and he's been a sounding board when I've been frustrated. He gives us the black and white of it...doesn't "sugar coat" the results and we appreciate him like no other. I would recommend him to anybody and have. Thanks for being there for our family! We love this man...he beyond cared and took care of our mom after a heart attack...he did her surgery and literally saved her life. He continued to find her in the hospital even as she moved from room to room. We decided to keep him as her cardiologist afterwards and continue to trust in him. I would recommend him to anyone I know that has heart issues...
