I had a excellent experience with Dr.Shabatian his very knowledgeable.

I went 3 times with my mom and the wait time was more than a hour , when I asked his assistant if that was normal , he said " I wish I could say it wasn't but the Dr likes to stay busy" plus he had the personality of a fish....

Excellent skills as a doctor, however very rushed, and quite impersonnal. That being said, I would always desire a competent practitioner. Came here on a few occasions, had too wait a few weeks to be seen in the summer, but not at the beginning of the year.

I wish Dr. Shabatian spend little more time with me talking. His attitude is abrupt and he is always rushed.

I have accompanied my elderly parent to this office several times. Each time the experience was equally deplorable. Although Dr. Shabatian may be an adequate physician, he did present a professional image or provide even adequate medical care to my parent. His manner was abrupt and disengaged, his preoccupation with things other than the patient in front of him was palpable. Further, the staff in this office is the worst I've ever seen. Eating & drinking in patient care areas, on their personal mobile devices while people are waiting and office phones were ringing, unapproachable and unfriendly when approached, surly and disrespectful of patients time, unable/unwilling to respond to patient requests or concerns, unprofessional appearance and inappropriate personal conversations in front of patients and their families. If you have a choice, choose to be treated in an office where patient care is the priority. Not this office.

I have been going to this Dr, with an extrme dry eye syndrome. He has been wonderful to me, based on my condition which is beyond the usual. The entire office has helped me to get into appointments that I really needed and did not have one. I saw a Dr. prior to this, and had no results. If anyone has dry eye syndrome as badly as myself, this is the place for you! Bedside manner, unbelievable!

Thank you Dr. Shabatian for giving me back my eyesight i my right eye. You made me feel very comfortable during the entire process. I am pleased to say I completed this survey without the use of galsses!

Dr Shabatian did my cataract surgery and he was excellent, I've never seen so well before in my life!!

The overall feeling when visiting this man is that he is rushed, doesn't have time for you, and doesn't care about you. You could be a piece of machinery that he has to fix, for all he cares. He is arrogant and rude, and has the nerve to claim he is an excellent doctor! Anyone who has the audacity to brag like that is more than just annoying!
