does not follow up with tests results on his own. i have to call and ask him what results were, then he gives me ANOTHER appointment to get results and charges ANOTHER copay.

Dr Patel clinic is an excellent doctor and the staff are very friendly and professional.

Dr. Patel is an excellent doctor that had diagnosed my issues properly. He is one of few doctors I deal with that actually has the patience to listen to you. I never get the feeling that he's kicking me out like other doctors.The only two negatives are the extreme wait times and incompetent staff. I have to double and triple-check if the staff has faxed referrals, followed-up, etc. They will never do it the first time. A HUGE positive is that Dr. Patel will take the time to speak to you over the phone and doesn't have these stupid policies of other money-hungry doctors who will only speak to you at the office (only to collect their co-payment).
