Dr. Bachu Lakshmaiah N Setty, MD

Our paths crossed "on the job." My first impression was he is genuine, open and kind. When I saw him in the office I was not disappointed...he is a gentle and caring soul. Good man. Obviously experienced and knowlegable in his field. His staff is shared by he and his partner. They are soft spoken and willingly answered all my questions and concerns re: the procedures I needed. I've already recommented him to my family and peers without hesitation.

The doctor was condescending and a poor listener. He clearly has no regard for a patient's personal property. Even after asking 3 times, my pleas were completely ignored. His final recommendation definitely made me realize that I was in the wrong place. This is the worst experience I have ever had at a doctor's office.

The office staff are unprofessional and too friendly... They are just too desperate to find a man that they will you for whatever so they could get you hooked. Kind of cheap and make the office seem unprofessional!

I had an appointment for this doctor in the Milwaukee Avenue office for 5pm. I was ahead of schedule so I called to see if I could get in earlier. The receptionist said YES so I went in at 4:30. The doctor did not arrive until 5:30! You would think the receptionist would have told me that he was running late! There was Three students there that were very nice, but they seemed upset that he was late as well. The office smelled bad, was hot(NO AC),dirty, and unkept (stained, worn seats), and, to top it off, they had FLIES! FLIES in a doctors office? no thanks. I left without seeing the doctor. I do not recommend this office to anybody.
