Best bedside manner I've ever experienced

I drove 45 minutes on a Saturday afternoon to get to an urgent care in Mt Kisco for the sole purpose that they were part of my gp’s network. Dr Ishtiaq walked into my room and without looking up demanded to know if I had a primary care provider and why I hadn’t seen him. I told him that my dr was not in the office on Saturdays at which point Dr Ishtiaq proceeds to ask: and what do you want me to do for you? You already have medicine? It was strange, uncomfortable, and caught me completely off guard. I suggested that perhaps another physician could be of assistance. Thankfully the other dr on call was very kind, apologetic, and quite helpful. In short, Dr Ishtiaq was rude, disrespectful, and dismissive. I hope he is able to find some training to improve his bedside manner for the sake of future patients.
