Dr. Bala Munipalli, MD

I am sick, sick that dr munipalli has left st vincents on brananfield rd. She has been the most kind and caring dr i have ever had. I wish her well and hope i can see her again some day.

***Note: the rating is in regard to Dr. Munipalli only! Dr. Munipalli was always thorough and caring. She was encouraging, she listened to my concerns and she did her best to help get to the root of the cause. I believe she truly cares about the patient. The office staff and nurse on the other hand were not as kind. That is why I quit returning, because of the rudeness of the staff. If she has left the practice, I pray she will get her own office with a more courteous and caring staff. I wish her well, am praying for her and I will truly miss her. She is an excellent doctor.

Dr. Munipalli, is the best doctor I have ever had. I’m broken hearted that she left, they will NEVER FIND Another doctor as good as she is. She will be missed by many.

I love Dr munipalli. She's kind efficient and takes time with you and cares about her patients.

I keep wanting to change but unfortunately I am a creature of waiting to take action. Calling the office is awful. You get help after being left on hold sometimes having to call back be they forgot you on hold then you get promises but no action then you wait then have to call back and wait again. Dr. Munipalli is nice but always rushed, dismissing symptoms and difficult to see if you get sick between maintenance appointments! Also, if you question symptoms saying could X be a symptom of? She seems to be offended you are questioning her at all about your health. I am currently looking for another primary only staying because she is close but my health is my wealth and it is time! Given to many chances with little to no changes. Thought she was the answer but perhaps not! As they say you never know what your going to get!

She is easy to understand and takes the time she needs to answer all your questions. Has a lot of experience and is very well rounded in all area of medicine.

Dr. Munipalli is one of the best doctors I have ever had, hands down. She has the rare combination of being an excellent diagnostician with an incredibly kind and compassionate bedside manner.

This is my 4th time visiting Dr. Munnipalli and each time I am not happy once I leave the office. My husband and I both see Dr. Munnipalli and he and I both agree she is not tentative or even willing to hear your complaint. Dr. Munnipalli picks up on the one thing she acts like she hears you say and gives you the first diagnose that comes to her mind. I am still having the same pain and complaints I had before my visit with her. Upon arrival and checking in the front desk had no problem asking for a balance I owed. Yet I can't receive decent care from the Dr. Not to mention the prescription she prescribed me went to the wrong pharmacy after me calling the office and telling them they sent the script to the wrong pharmacy. No one in the office tried to rectify the problem at all, I had to go to the correct pharmacy ans ask if they could call the wrong pharmacy to get the script filled. I am really starting to see why Doctors are hit with so many law suits for malpractice. I am… looking for a new PCP and I intend to let someone know about why I am searching for a new PCP for my husband and I.

My daughters love â?¤ her. She always so patient with them. Never quick to leave the room. Very genuine. She is sweet and understanding. We can go on and on. But, when you go to visit her you'll see our point.

I love her. She cares for her patients. Keep up the awesome work.
