Worst dental visit of my life. This place doesn’t deserve your money.

Dr. Ballard C. Smith did my wisdom teeth extraction and I had a very difficult tooth that was almost upside down. He thoroughly explained the procedure and addressed all of my questions and concerns. Post-operatively I could not tolerate the pain medication so I contacted him after hours and he gave me new instructions for pain management and care, and encouraged me to call with any further questions or concerns. I followed up with him on day three due to what I felt like was a knot on my right side, he did another thorough exam and addressed all of my questions in a caring and compassionate manner and explained the plan of care on day three and for the following 2-3 days, again encouraging me to call with any other concerns. Dr. Smith, Don Fannin- Anesthesia, nursing staff and office staff provided excellent care, were knowledgeable, professional and compassionate.
