Dr. Bantwal Suresh Baliga, MD

Today Dr Bantwal Baliga got upset because I would not let him put me on a weight loss shot so he told me to find a new doctor, he threw the paper on the floor and walked out. I thought he was a good doctor until today. I want you know I found a new doctor soon as I walked out your establishment.

I'd advise against anyone using this clinic. The staff is rude, but worst of all incompetent. They called in a medication at double the dose I was supposed to take. When I called about it I was told "we make mistakes, we're human" and was told I'd have to either pay for the correct prescription out of pocket, or take the DOUBLE dose. That is inexcusable. Yes, people make mistakes, but when those mistakes have the potential to seriously damage a patients health that is incredibly dangerous. I called several times and asked to speak to the office administrator. I was never put through and my calls were never returned.

AVOID! Abandon hope, all ye who enter there!

Slow response to routine refills,long waits hard to understand accent

I was cursed by the receptionist and put someone else on phone and I told he, she said I cursed he first, because receptionist lied and say I did. Well I was trying to talk to office manager and could not cause she always picked up phone. I called in to res chedule appointment and she says rem ember our last conversation, (some nerve), but my office manager say we can't schedule you anymore. The Office manager dont know what happened but they made the decision not to let me see the Dr anymore because of what she said, him, anyway good go, I dont wanna see a Dr who dont know the patient side of story and say find another Dr because of a receptionist, if I had immediate health concerns I would be all over them, going there for about 7 years.

Dr. Baliga is knowledgeable and invested in his patients; however, his receptionist is unnecessarily rude and unpleasant. If you can get past the dragon at the window, you will have a very pleasant experience. Forget about calling to get help. You will be better off paying another copay and seeing the doc himself.

The office staff at Dr. Baliga's office are incompetent, aggressive and impolite. After 7 years of seeing Dr. Baliga, I moved. On two seperate occasions they have refused to assist with providing assistance with a referral for a new doctor, and providing my records. The receptionist has literally yelled at me and hung up on me twice when I have attempted to get a referral from them. Dont waste your time.

Renee the receptionist is horrible. I provided her with my insurance card and she didn’t even bother to look at it! I am a new patient so I’m unsure of where she got her info because she asked me did I have Cigna. I said to her you just gave me my insurance card back did you not look at it? It is BCBS. She says oh and takes it back and starts entering it in. I don’t know if she told the staff or not but after me calling her out I had to wait another hour. All the patients that came after me had been called and I had come 30 minutes early! Renee needs more training!

I have been seeing Dr. Baliga for many years and I am very pleased with the results. Under his guidance, I have attained good health with all my issues .
