Dr. Bao-Anh Ngoc Bui, MD

Dr. Bui and his staff started out amazing and we switched our whole family (6) there for primary care. Well, didn't take too long to go downhill quick! He doesn't listen well. Referrals are wrong, delayed, denied. Have to hand hold your referral information to the staff and even then, it gets messed up. They are not timely with referrals ever!! It's almost impossible to get someone on the phone and they don't communicate well with patients. They don't always bill properly. We've informed them of the error and now we just shred the bills. Tricare families--find someone else. VA community care primary provider--forget about it, he is absolutely useless in this roll and has cost my husband a year of treatment and appointments. 100% do not recommend, at all. For anything!

I've had abnormal tests and no one ever contacted me, I had to find out several months later when I was visiting for something else.

DR BUI VERY CARING CONCERNED DOCTOR NO RUSHING YOU IN OR OUT. HE IS THOROUGH AND SEEMS TO VERY LEARNED IN HIS CARE. I WOULD RECOMMEND TO MY FRIENDS AND ASSOCIATES IF LOOKING FOR EXCELLENT FAMILY PRACTICE DOC. OFFICE STAFF NEEDS SOME WORK ON GREETING PATIENTS AND RESPONDING TO INQUIRIES REGARDING MED REFILL AND RECORDS AND FOLLOW UP ON REFERRALS.
