Dr. Bao Ching Tran

Dr. Bao C. Tran is a native Texan and grew up in the greater Houston area for most of her life. Upon graduation from high school, she completed her undergraduate studies in biology at the University of Houston. She went on to receive her Doctor of Dental Surgery at the University of Texas Health Science Center Dental Branch in Houston in 2006. While in graduate school, she was recognized with a Clinical Award for Outstanding Prosthodontics and a selected participant of the Honors Implant Course. She was also the recipient of the Omicron Kappa Upsilon scholarship, a National Dental Honor Society. She is an active member of the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, Greater Houston Dental Society, Houston West Chamber of Commerce, and the Houston Asian Dental Society. Through continuing education, she stays current with the latest advances in dentistry so that she can provide each patient with the best care possible.
Dr. Tran currently lives in Houston with her husband, …where they recently welcomed the newest addition to their family with the birth of a baby girl. Being a new mom, she understands the value of well being and hopes to be an active participant in each patient's physical care. The ability to make a person smile with confidence, relieve pain, and maintain superb oral health is a professional gratification and personal satisfaction that she enjoys.
For leisure, Dr. Tran loves spending quality time with her growing family and close friends. She enjoys traveling, jogs in the park, painting, and photography.
