Dr. Baoluan The Nguyen, MD

I wish it would let me post zero stars, but I guess I'll just have to go with one star. This guy shouldn't even be a doctor. He has no regard for his patients other than whether they can pay. His biggest concern is moving patients in and out as quickly as possible to maximize his revenue. If you try to have a conversation with him, good luck. He talks over you, he interrupts, and he even makes false assertions and yells while he's doing it. He's a liar, he's a buffoon, and he has no business even having a medical license. Do yourself a favor; go somewhere else!

Absolutely awful. I went with my father to look and listen. He was yelling. Rude awful mean terrible. I have never seen anything like this in a healthcare setting. He needs to be investigated It was heartbreaking to watch him belittle my father. Nguyen is not worth if Dr. Or even Mr.

They have helped me so much over the last year and a half. Yes, Dr Nguyen may be a bit blunt for some people, but if u do ur part by having all previous records sent over from other docs, take w u any X-rays or scans, be prepared for a UA every month, and don’t break ur pain contract w them, he will work w u, as well, to get to the bottom of ur pain and try various ways to treat it until u finally find relief. So glad I found them after not much help from KS Spine where they have a “one size fits all” policy on pain.

This man is by far and away the worst doctor I've ever had the displeasure of visiting. Anyone who says this man is a good doctor is either a liar or an idiot. He doesn't care about his patients, he doesn't care what they have to say, and he doesn't remember what was discussed from one appointment to the next. His primary goal is to get you in-and-out of the office in as little time as possible so that he can make money off as many patients during the course of the day as possinle. If I was able to rate this man with less than one star I would do so in a heartbeat.

I would. Ever ever again go to this doctor!! Wasn’t even treating me for the right condition. Which of course was In all preliminary paperwork. Rude!!

This individual should not be allowed to be called a doctor. His method of examination is spit firing questions and when the answer isnt to his liking, he will either talk over you or begin to yell and berate you. Any concerns you have wont be addressed. He definitely profiles patients and isnt concerned about your diagnosis. His forte seems to be a pill dispensary because he wont discuss anything other than medication and seems to think all patients are the same. Find another doctor.

Worse person I have ever met call hisself doctor just rude for no reason and I didn't even ask for pain meds we talked about injections he was just a jerk screaming like he lost his mind.

He is nice but there is a but. Everything turned out okay BUT I had a lab with a 6.8 bit d. He said take a supplement. Later I asked which one he said just pick one. Much later I found out that is NOT how a vit d deficiency is treated. If I had been given an option I would have chosen a precise 8 week option. Plus I had a rash fungus he did not really look at it and gave Nystatin. Again NOT how you treat this particular rash. Dr Friend gave prescription strength shampoo and fixed me. Now Friday I bring my vit d results to a new dr because Friend moved to Florida. And hopefully 6 years later my saga on what yo do will be done. Again things turned out fine but I doubt myself often and want a dr who provides more guidance. But he is the only doctor who would run the test to see where the d level was at on his own recommendation. So you half to give him that.

I went to Dr. Nguyen who is an Internal Specialist as well as pain management in hopes of some possible answers. He refused to do any kind of diagnostics. The only tests he would run were drug screens so that he can push the opioids then make you feel inhuman because you suffer from chronic illness which he could care less about curing. He only wants your money. He pushes the opioids so that you have to come in more often and of course he gets paid to do NOTHING!

I recently saw Dr. Ngyuen for the first time. I am a professional male over 50 who's had several failed spinal surgeries for an accident while on vacation. I was referred to him by my GP for pain management. Front desk staff was nice enough, the dark haired girl is a little sharp around the edges, but the smaller brown haired girl was super nice. The nurse called me back and had me give a UA sample right off the bat. When she roomed me she asked alot of questions about my pain and what I have been taking for it. I told her that I had recently used CBD oil. She said that if my UA showed anything at all that I didn't have a prescription for, the Dr. would simply tell me to stop taking it while under his care. Fair enough. A little while later Dr. Ngyuen entered the room, barely glanced at me, did not offer a hello or a handshake. He sat right down and began a constant, steady barrage of questions that seemed designed to either fail me, demean me, or create an atmosphere of fear. His… demeanor was terse, unfriendly, and not at all " doctorly ". I never once felt like he was treating me like a patient who needs his help. I felt like he was treating me like a criminal. He put me through a ridiculous series of range of motion tests and pressure point tests to see if I was lying about pain. He even touched me on my chin and asked if it hurt! I mean, what's the point of having all of that documentation sent to him, detailing my diagnosis and failed surgeries? The whole thing seemed silly. And as regards the questioning, the worst thing was that he wouldn't give me a chance to answer, let alone explain an answer that wasn't a simple yes or no. He interrupted, talked right over me, made faces like he was irritated with me that I actually tried to answer a question with a little forethought, not just blurting out answers to get through it. For those of you who want to make excuses for that kind of behavior by saying that people on pain medication are usually addicts, drug seekers, liars, and that the doctor has to keep his guard up, I get it. But, I beg to differ. I've never been " red-flagged " for anything by any doctor. I've never been in trouble for requesting early refills or mid-month appointments to switch medications. I've never asked for a specific medication. I get joint injections on a regular basis from another doctor. I've had epidurals, physical therapy, and I never refuse any request or order for scans or other diagnostics that prove my condition. No, this doctor comes at you like he's God and you're not. It was probably the worst experience I have ever had in a doctors office. Even though I was told that my UA was fine, and his staff person called in a prescription to my pharmacy, I had to wait 5 days to pick it up. The pharmacy said that they had faxed the authorization to the dr.s office but it took them a whole week to see it and approve it. I've never seen anything like that - authorization is a phone call away. It's almost bizarre. KInd of like a Colonel Kurtz in doctors coat. If anyone reading this has ever felt marginalized or profiled by a doctor who is prescribing pain medications for you, don't go to this guy. I guarantee you that you will leave with your self-esteem in the crapper.
