Dr. Bapineedu Gondi, MD

Everytime I had an appointment here, I waited way too long and felt rushed out. My last appointment was the icing on the cake. I waited way too long, then there was some older man having heart trouble in the waiting room and noticed no staff really caring. It was extremely unsettling. Then once I was brought to the back, I waited forever on Dr. Gondi. He came in, let me talk for maybe two minutes, then got a phone call and cut me off to take the call outside of the room. He came back ten to fifteen minutes later, wrote me a prescription and rushed to leave the room. Once I got my stuff together, I tried to find him to ask him questions in the hall. I'm only 21 and I'm always the youngest person there by far. I'm trying to prevent things from happening and live a healthy life, not to prolong my life just a little longer. In my opinion, it doesn't seem like he cares about his patients, just the money. Once I got home from that appointment, I felt cheated out of my appointment and money… (since I paid out of pocket due to no insurance) and decided to go back and get my medical records. The woman at the desk was very rude and kept telling me to come back because it wasn't ready. After waiting and stopping by and calling for a month, I called and asked to speak with a manager. I told the manager I wasn't happy with my visit and I've been asking for my records for a month. After that, I picked my medical records up the next day. I've been to other Cardiologists and I have noticed a huge difference at this particular office. I gave them a chance for a few years and continued to have my fainting episodes with no care from this doctor. They're very unprofessional and Dr. Gondi has not been any help to me with diagnosis and prevention with my heart. I would never go back there if he were the last Cardiologist on earth!
