Worst pain management provider I’ve ever experienced. My insurance would not cover the drug screens. I was getting bills for $130 every month for the drug screens. I told Ubylee I wanted to put my care on hold as my PCP was kind enough to manage my medications. This was a decision I made as I simply could not afford nor was I going to spend over $200 a month for medication management. Dr. Marino discharged me from Ubylee and told me I can never come back. He said if patients leave Ubylee they can never come back. What kind of doctor’s office does this? This is unheard of in the medical community. I find Ubylee to be a sleazy practice and I would not recommend coming here if you are looking for a reputable pain management provider. Dr. Marino is a convicted felon. I would stay far away from him!

Dr. Baptiste S Marino has the bedside manners of Grace Kelly, the charm of William Holden, and the ethics of the Pope. He spends an inordinate amount of time with the patient, listens, and has a depth of knowledge unequaled in the field of medication to help chronic patients. If you meet and maintain your responsibilities as laid out, in the beginning, you will enjoy life more.

This has been a very informing experience for me. I get that a lot of companies work from this cash collecting location including a Pharmacy ,a lab co and whatever else they can send out to charge your insurance co. And mind you that you never hear a peep of insurance of drug screening being charged after a 300.00 initial visit and 250.00 every other visit. And the drug screen goes from 512.00 to 935.00 and that's a charge you receive on your insurance co every month atop of 250.00 visit of 10 to 12 minutes with the dr. in the room with you. Sounds like they cherry pick patients for their own good. I knew about 11 of the older patients there also before my visit. Thank you ,Secret Santa

Excellent Physician really listens to his patients to therefore provide the best possible medical treatment for his patients. Always has a smile on his face. The entire staff and polite, friendly and courteous!

Great manner, very understanding and cares about your quality of life. All staff are very nice and personable.

The whole staff was great, courteous and just overall easy to talk to. They made me feel like a real person with valid issues. After being on a treatment regimen for 4 years with my general provider and out of the blue being told they would no longer manage my chronic pain care anymore, because they "just don't do that and should have never done it to start with" I felt betrayed and hurt. Dr. Marino and his staff made me feel cared for again and able to start trusting again.

I am not affiliated with this practice, but have been seeing Dr. Marino as a patient for two months now. He takes the time to listen to your concerns and problems, and sets up a plan tailored to your needs. If that happens to include prescription pain medication, so be it. The first reviewer must not have gotten the pain meds they were expecting and so chooses to slander this good man's name. I hope to see Dr. Marino in Matthews for a long time.
