The best doctor I ever had, she was excellent at her job. The staff were amazing.

She was the best doctor I’ve ever seen. She totally changed my life for the better. I can tell you after reading the other reviews that the staff responded appropriately. If you were kind and courteous they were as well. If you start yelling at them, they won’t take it. Yes, I’ve waited to see her but she always spent plenty of time with me. Dr Akoto is an awesome doctor and person.

The Reception is RUDE and has A Very Nasty Attitude I've never had ANY issues with this doctors office maybe she woke up on the wrong side of the bed Im in the health care field and have been for 20 plus years and What I Do Know you Are NOT suppose to argue with your patient and she does that pretty dam well because Of her I'm thinking of finding a New Dr Although I LOVE Dr Adkoto

Don't waste your time.

Staff is rude and unprofessional. Wait times are atrocious. When the Dr finally does show up for your scheduled appointment, she has a bad attitude, like she is daring you to say something about how long you had to wait. Today was the last straw. I needed a refill on a medication and my pharmacy contacted her office yesterday early morning. This is how they have refilled my medications in the past. When I called Dr Akoto's office to inquire about the medication, I was told in an insulting manner that the pharmacy never contacts them for refills, even though the pharmacy has done this at her office in the past. Then I was told I needed to make an appointment before I could get a refill. Because this medication is a benzodiazepine, I could see the reasoning behind this. I made the appointment for the following Monday (this is Friday today) and requested enough medication to make it through the weekend until I could see the Dr. on Monday. She scoffed at me and said the Dr. doesn't do… that. I asked her to ask the Dr if it was okay to stop this medication "cold turkey" like that. She acted like I was bothering her, told me she would ask the nurse, and then hung up.Never called back. Now I am facing the weekend without my medication. I am an RN, and I know that you do not just stop benzo's like that, it is dangerous to do. I have 2-12 hour shifts coming up, and I really am hoping I don't experience withdrawal symptoms because I have been on this medication for 3 years.

Front desk was very rude. Was transferred and not even told and when the next receptionist picked up she was rude when trying to assist on getting an appt scheduled.

Rude and condescending. Has a sign-up saying no services without proper attair -- which makes me wonder about her commitment to the ill. She didn't listen well. was argumentative. And did not do a complete history, even though it was our first time seeing her.

Very slow response to request for paperwork and returning calls.
