Dr. Barbara Ann Barker, MD

I saw Dr. Barker over a period of 3 yrs before needing a macular specialist, to which she referred me. During those 3 yrs I always found her thorough, knowledgeable and direct. What she may have lacked in warm fuzziness, she more than made up for in dedication and expertise. I hope to return to her in future.

I have been a patient for almost 20 years and have always found Dr. Barker and her staff very friendly and professional. Appointments are easy to get, the wait is not usually very long beyond your appointment time. When I developed a serious vision problem Dr. Barker was instrumental diagnosing and getting me the right referral to fix my problem and today my vision is great!

Dr Barker diagnosed my narrow angle Glaucoma and was extremely helpful in suggesting how to handle it. The staff is friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

needless to say that my mother has been a patient of Dr. Barbara Barker since 1984 that is 27 years - i think that says it all.

Waited for 1.5 hrs before she saw me, and only after I told the receptionist I was going to leave.Dr. Baker was rude and condescending in tone.I never realized doctors like this could keep a practice.
