Dr. Barbara Anne Bennett, DO

I like her as a doctor but their wait times are SO long. Everytime I go it’s at least an hour + wait…..they don’t seem to care about their clients time unfortunately.

The wire doctor ever. Shes never there on time. Every time I have gone there twice I had to wait 2 or 3 hours in the waiting room then an hour in the room. She was 3 hours late and she didnt care,no apologizes or anything and I was only with her 1 minute, she sure will pass out the drugs though,maybe that's why they praise her and kept coming back. Poor poor thumbs down.

This is the worse doctors office ever. The staff is completely rude and Mary is the worse one. She is unprofessional as can be. Sounds rude and rushed every time she answers the phone. Dr Bennett is a script writer and sends you on your way. She does not take the time to really evaluate you. I have been going to her for years but only for minor colds and such. Now that I had serious health issues going on it’s a mess. The wait time is horrible! She only spends maybe two minutes of that with you. She didn’t even know my health background and I’ve been going there for years! You can’t get your test results in a timely manner. Once I waited two months and it reviewed my own blood work and found the problem. I am currently seeking a decent family doctor. The staff is terrible. Run far away from this practice unless you’re just looking for a prescription.

My first appointment with her was horrible. I sat in my room for an hour and a half. The exam room was right next to her office and I could hear everything she was doing. At one time she was talking about the treats her dog wouldn't take. Then she called someone about ordering make-up. I finally got up to walk out of the office and she come out to call me back, unfortunately she saw me for about 3 minutes and I was done. I had to make another appointment for the following week for my lab results and so far I have been here for an hour and 20mins in the lobby. Ughhh. Never again will I come back to her... love the staff but hate the doctor.

I work for a hospital and I called Dr. Bennett's office to request a referral for a patient to have additional testing completed. I left two messages for "Susie", the nurse, over a two week span and did not receive a return call. When I called the third time, I was not given the option "if you are calling from a physician's office" like most answering messages offer. So, I waited on hold and was finally able to request the referral from the receptionist who answered. She told me she had to put me on hold because she didn't "know how to do it" so she had to ask someone for help. Someone ELSE then answered the call who had not spoken with the first person, and I stated my request again. She said she wasn't sure if she knew exactly how to submit the referral request but she would do it. I call physician's offices frequently for similar requests and have NEVER experienced this type of difficulty. My poor patient who is being serviced by this office!!

My daughter was born may 29th her newborn screening was sent to Bennett's office it took 6 mos for the results and only because when the hospital finally got ahold of them asking why my child was not rescreened yet due to life treating results , they finally got ahold of me telling me I needed to come the next day and 6 hrs after waiting to be seen the Dr didn't even know what the results meant.

Absolute worst experience of my life. Exam room doors remain open so that you hear what everyone else is being treated for.I was I was a first time patient looking for a primary care physician. Dr. Bennett did not perform a physical exam of any kind. I remained in a chair and she did not even listen to my heart and lungs although I have two chronic health conditions. At the end of the appointment I was lead to a small waiting area where again I could hear the patients information. Shocking.

There is no excuse for the long wait times of 3 hours or more, every single time I've gone there. The last time I was there, last month, I vowed never to come back - it was 2 hours in the waiting room and then another hour or more in the exam room, and then she only spent 3 minutes with me and got up and left the exam room IN THE MIDDLE OF MY ASKING HER A QUESTION. Never again will I go back - I'm so fed up with it. There's also the issue of the unprofessionalism and rudeness/disrespect of most of the staff members.
